WinMAGI has the ability to import data from 3rd party sources to automatically load and create new sales orders. If your customer is able to supply a CSV, Excel or Text file with their order requirements, then WinMAGI can import this data and automatically create new planned sales orders. The incoming data can hold details of multiple orders, each identified by specifying different customer purchase order numbers and or due dates. Using this function provides a quick and easy way of loading orders into the system and reduces the incidences of operator error when transposing order details over the phone, from emails or from faxes.
