QR Codes
QR codes, and other formatted barcodes such as GS1-128, EAN-13 and ITF-14, can now be easily ‘dropped’ onto documents. A simple inclusion of a barcode field on the report will produce clear, sharp barcodes that can be used as part of a customer automated receipting process or for enhanced EDI processing. The barcodes can be formatted vertically, horizontally and can have specific sizes and ratios set as required.
Standard Email Report Automation
The latest release introduces the ability to develop Windows scheduled tasks to have WinMAGI reports automatically emailed without user input. Note that some locally client specific reports may need further updates to automate the report emailing.
Accounts Receivable Statement printing
The AR Statement printing screen now has additional filter options to limit the display of the customers based on the customers printing preferences. For example, only those customers that receive their statements via email can be listed or only those customers that require hard copies.
