Emailed Document Updates
New features have been added to the reports that are able to be emailed. Each report may now have its own specific ‘subject line’, as well as a ‘read/receipt’ option and an option to specify its ‘Importance’.
User Expiration Dates
A new ‘user expiration’ date can be setup against the users that will stop users that have had their user details ‘expired’ from logging into WinMAGI. Also, a new filter option in System Admin->Maintenance->User will not automatically show those users that have ‘expired’.
Accounts Receivable Statement Printing
Various enhancements have been made to the AR statement printing to optionally only show ‘open transactions’, optionally allow details updated in the AR statement screen to be updated back against the customer master and various enhancements to the screens user interface.
Ship Engine Integration
This new build introduces the 3rd party online ‘ShipEngine’ shipping and logistics API (see www.shipengine.com). The ‘ShipEngine’ API allows for the estimation of shipping rates from multiple carriers and the procurement and printing of shipping labels from the selected carriers. The ‘ShipEngine’ integration is a ‘subscription ‘ based module.
